Our corporation offers
customers a way to produce ultra clean, reliable continuous base load
electricity and usable heat at no capital investment for purchasing
and maintaining DFC3000 fuel cell at their facilities.
The customers sign our energy purchase agreement (EPA) for a period of 20 years. During the period of the contract, the customers purchase electricity generated by our DFC3000 at a reduced cost compared to their existing electric utility suppliers. Therefore, this additional saving improves the profitability of their corporations.
The customers also purchase usable heat produced by our fuel cell CHP plants at the same rate as it presently cost them to produce heat through their boilers. The fuel cell CHPs will help prolong the life of their existing boiler plants.
The oil and refining customers purchase CO2 in addition to electricity and heat, which is produced by our fuel cell CHP plant, for enhanced oil recovery purposes.
